911 Centers face staffing shortages

911 Centers face staffing shortages

A recent survey found more than half of the nation’s 911 centers are facing a short staffed. Retired LAPD Sergeant Cheryl Dorsey says this isn’t only harmful to community members, but to police who are in need as well.
